Gaming Target has updated their feature detailing all of the exclusive games coming to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii. For the first time since the site began tracking exclusives, the Wii has come out on top. The current totals stand with the Wii at 113, the Xbox 360 at 96 and the PS3 at 47.
